Homogenization and pumping tank bottom oil residues

NPK MONOMER LLC offers a proven technology for homogenization of vertical tank oil residues and their recycle return that saves disposal costs. This shift from traditional approach, i.e. residue disposal, enables to gain extra profits and reduce production cost of the final product. 

For changing the residue state of matter NPK MONOMER LLC applies Shelf, a company-designed acoustic resonance impulse mixer with a circulation pump. This technology helps to create a stable homogenous liquid structure that can be easily pumped and can’t return to its initial condition even after long-term storage. At the end of homogenization, the liquid is  ransported/pumped into oil processing unit.
